Summary: We had 9 people and this place was perfect in terms of rooms, bathrooms and layout. The house is new, modern and clean. The outdoor patio was also great - one person worked outside during the day. The location is also great - we walked on the beach every morning after getting coffee from Buzzed. The only thing I’d say you should know is that this is a block from a train.track and the train must be required to honk as it crosses, including at night. It didn’t wake me but my kid did say it woke him up one morning. He’s a light sleeper though.
